Your journey starts in the relaxation room, the perfect buffer between the world outside and the warm, scented heart of the Day Spa. After changing into the lush soft robes, allow yourself to be led through the candlelit ambiance and soothing sounds of our historic villa, to your treatment room. As your treatment draws to an end, your experience continues in the relaxation room, with some time out, a cup of tea and chocolate. You will leave with your Mind, Body & Soul refreshed.

THE HANDS & FEET
Our hands and feet deserve some reward for all we put them through. Allow our therapist to transform your nails to being the centre of attention, while giving you valuable tips on home care.
The Soak 70min $120 While sipping on herbal tea your feet are totally immersed in warm scented water. An exfoliation, mask and massage assist in restoring your feet to their youthful appearance. Your cuticles are removed, nails shaped and smoothed, and an Essie nail polish of your choice
is applied.
Manicure Deluxe 60min $100 Your hands are immersed in warm scented water, a mask is applied, followed by a hand massage to relax and stimulate blood flow. Then your cuticles are removed and your nails are shaped and smoothed.
An Essie nail polish of your choice is applied leaving your hands restored to a youthful appearance.
Paraffin Dip 30min $45 $30 with any Manicure or Pedicure Give yourself the warm fuzzy’s by adding a Paraffin Dip. The warmth of the paraffin will infuse the creams from the massage and assist in soothing any arthritic aches and pains.

THE MUSCLE RECHARGE 50min $115
Warm paraffin mixed with a special clay is applied to your back producing a sedative, relaxing effect on strained muscles and body tissue. Your muscles will feel recharged, and your body smooth, soft and relaxed.
OSTEOPATHY
Osteopathy is a ‘hands on’ therapy that helps remove or reduce restrictions within the body. These restrictions may be muscular, joint, nervous, circulatory or any combination of these. Once restrictions are removed then ‘health’ can resume.
HOW?
Osteopathy uses a wide range of techniques from very gentle Cranial Osteopathic Manipulation, (sometimes referred to as “Cranio Sacral” therapy), to joint manipulation (where a joint ‘click’ is often heard), and many other techniques in-between. As each patient and their problem is unique, each treatment is tailor made for the individual, there is no standard formula.
WHAT & WHO can it help?
Because of the wide range of techniques it can help from the cradle (colic, poor sleep, poor feeding…..) all the way through to our senior years (sports/work injuries, limbs, head aches, arthritic pain….)
OSTEOPATHY and AGE
Many people learn to live with aches and pains as they get older either because they think that nothing can be done or because they've been told by health professionals that nothing can be done..."its just part of getting old....learn to live with it".
Osteopathy is not a great cure all, but there are many gentle Osteopathic techniques which can be used to greatly reduce or even totally eliminate some symptoms assosiated with aging.
Just how beneficial will Osteopathy be can be will vary from one person to the next , the reason for this being that we are all so uniquely different.
Over a life time we will all build up our own unique injury/medical history, bad postural/work habits,dietary and genetics histories...all the things that affect us. Osteopathy is not treatment by numbers so all of this has to be taken into account so that the treatment is taylor made and as effective as posible for the individual.
As stated we are all individual, but a common theme as we get older is Osteoarthritis of the joints,especially the more weight bearing joints. Basically Osteoarthritis is a wear and tear process, if you use anything again and again year in year out, be it your body or your car...it will start to wear out!
Osteopathy can not reverse the wear and tear that has been done but it can be very beneficial in relaxing the muscles around the affected area. This relaxation will help to normalise the movement of the joint and so start to reduce the pain.This relaxation will also help to increase the flow of good blood to the joint and the flow of waste products away , again helping to reduce the pain.
This is just one example of how Osteopathy can help with age related problems.We can also help with other conditions such as; Rheumatoid Arthritis, Headaches, Post Operative / Joint Replacement Surgery,and many more.

Hypnotherapy is a shortcut to the subconscious mind, creating a heightened sense of awareness similar to meditation.
During this state we are able to change a negative perception into a positive one, thus changing “Bad habits” into “Good habits”. Reprogramming the mind through words, while in this relaxed state, is a powerful process to quickly transform negative thoughts allowing you to take control of any given situation.

HOW TO SPA
To ensure you receive the most from your experience at Indulge Body&Soul Kaikoura please read the following;
Time
We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment, allowing you time to relax before your treat. Please understand that all treatments will finish on time, so the next guest is not inconvenienced.
Cancellations
Time is valuable to all our guests. Please respect this and give a minimum of 12 hours notice of cancellation of services. Failure to do so will incur a charge of 100% to your credit card. Credit card details are required to secure all bookings over 90 min. All 'no shows' will be charged at full price and gift vouchers will be void.
What to bring
Just come in comfortable clothes. A robe, towels and slippers are supplied for the duration of your treatment. Our policy does require all clientele to wear underwear at all times during your treatment therefore disposable underpants (G-string) will be supplied.
Jewellery
Please leave valuables at home or in the hotel safe. While a locker is provided and all care will be taken, we regret we are not responsible for your valuables.
Age
Everybody and anybody over the age of 13 can enjoy these special treats.
Pregnancy
Please inform your therapist if you are pregnant or trying for a baby as we recommend pregnant women do NOT have some of the treatments. Some of the essential oil combinations and the heat of the treatments may be detrimental to your baby.
